Baseball in Bridgeport: From Barnum to the Bluefish

Bridgeport has always been a great baseball town. Teams have sent enough players to the Show to field a whole league;  even beat some big league clubs.  Hall-of-Famers Jimmie Foxx and Ed Walsh were Bridgeport managers.
